Grateful for where I’m at,exited about where I’m going…

Hi everyone!!πŸ™‹I hope u guys are doing great.😌 I thought to write a different blog post I feel to do so. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t include only healthy eating also includes how healthy are your thoughts and how in peace you’re with yourself. I left for 1-month social media I took a little break to reflect and to find the peace that I was looking for. And I think I found it. Blogging is not as simple as some ppl think. To be a blogger means to be a very patient, success not gonna come within one day and for my opinion take it easy…don’t stress for views or comments etc on your blog. If you’re at peace with yourself you express this to others too. Sometimes is good to take a little break from social media and that time that u spend it there try to compensate in nature taking a fresh breath or meditating just try to forget everything for a moment and say to yourself “I GOT THIS, EVERYTHING GONNA BE OK.”4d964e45da9df1366ac0cc60953dcb9b

πŸ™Œ Before some months I isolate myself I didn’t meet my friends, my cousins etc. The only thing that I wanted was to stay in my room spending time on twitter and writing blog posts. Forgetting about that a beautiful life was waiting for me. Depression and anxiety were eating me I reached my lowest point 19 years old girl 45kg.My mom especially was so worried about me. Only thoughts in my mind were that my life was meaningless and I was useless. Then my parents went outside of the country for some days and I had to take care of siblings. That was the moment when I decided no more.. no more letting myself down for no reason in this world. I DESERVE THE WORLD SO I’M GONNA GIVE IT TO MYSELF. Do I win something stressing over the things that I cant control? That’s why I didn’t write blog posts for sometimes. What’s the point to write for a healthy lifestyle when you’re not feeling okay…So I decided to do thing’s that makes me feel good one of them is to take pictures of nature it makes me feel so relaxed & makes me forget everything. Especially sound of water it’s so healing it’s like therapy for me.

Why I’m saying all this?? What’s the point? The point is to focus on yourself first, love yourself, do thing’s that make you happy go outside there & enjoy life…Life is to Short to waste time being sad, over thinking & thinking for future. Why should u think for future?? Enjoy now one of my biggest mistakes was thinking for future I forget that I had a present to live. From last 5 years, I’ve learned a very big lesson.”Never judge people ” You don’t know what someone is going through just be kind.Don’t be impressed by money, followers, comments, degrees, and titles.Be impressed by kindness, integrity, humility, and generosity. 1. A very good post because it was honest. People I believe in general hide that they have problems and as a result are disconnected from others. They rob others from helping them, and they rob themselves of the connection that comes from being vulnerable. Walls beget more walls. Of course you can’t disclose everything all the time to everyone but hiding from people who are genuinely interested in your life is disingenuous.
We are used to people talking about how great their life is, what they just bought, and trips they are taking or just returned from and that type of communication distances others who are struggling.

I encourage you to share your up days as well as your so-so days so that your vulnerability allows others to connect to you and see you as similar to themselves.

  2. I totally agree with everything you said. When I was 18 I felt extremely bad because of my pain and grief and I started to get ill in the body too, until I realized that I can no longer be like that. This way I started to train mentally and managed to feel really fine. That repeated at some scale in time after really bad moments but I immediately recognized the issue and tried to solve it. Having some responsibility often makes you stronger, as you realized when taking care of your siblings. It’s not easy but there are indeed so many fine things in our lives to make us happy and relaxed! Have a great day!

  4. Wow, I can definitely relate to that! I’m so glad you were able to find yourself and realize your self-worth during your social media break. Sometimes we all need a little break from the stressful things in life to really find our happiness. πŸ™‚

  5. Can you or your followers help?
See my latest blog to stop this!

    Hi., My name is Barry.

I’m a big reader of self help and personal development books. I’ve read and listened to loads now with out putting action in to the words I read/listen too

I decided in January 2017 to start recording my journey and see what I could learn from setting my own goals targets and really pushing myself. I decided it was important to wait a year before publishing any post and my dairies. Well this is where I am now!

It’s been a rocky trip and I talk about my battles with alcohol, drugs, anxiety, depression, work and feeling alone! Its not all bad and I have many highs too but ultimately I’m sticking to a commitment I made myself a year ago. A project for change to help me and others.

  8. I could not agree with you more, inner peace and that hard to achieve β€˜Me Time’, never seems to make time in your life. I had the same experience and left social media and meditation helped me through it.
