3 BLACK PLUMS

What are Plums?

They are juicy and delicious fruits that belong to the genus Prunus of the Rosaceae family. Plum extracts are valuable for treating obesity and other complications associated with obesity. Plums exert anti-hyperglycemic effects and help in combating diabetes. Regular consumption of plums helps in reducing anxiety. Studies have provided supporting evidence regarding the anxiolytic effects and antioxidant properties of chlorogenic acids present in plums, which help in curing anxiety-related behaviors and damage caused by oxidative stress.

4 GRAPES

The many health benefits of grapes make them an excellent choice for a more satisfying, healthier diet. Grapes are recommended for people with high blood pressure to negate the effects of sodium on the body. Seedless green grapes contain around 175 milligrams of potassium per cup, red grapes have nearly 290 milligrams, and black grapes have 200 milligrams. Research suggests that regular grape consumption may play a role in eye health by protecting the retina from deterioration. Specifically, a grape-enriched diet resulted in a protective effect on retinal structure and function. These are some of the fruits that I consume daily if you want that I make another post about what vegetables should we include in our summer diet comment down below.
