I hope everyone is doing ok. Happy weekend all.πΏππΉ Enjoy summer holidays for me summer is very busy..I know I haven’t posted lately but here I’m now. I want to dedicate this blog post to fruits and vegetables that you should include in your daily diet. Especially in summer, it is very necessary to maintain a very healthy way of eating and the best way is including in your diet different vegetables and fruits. Below I’ll share what fruits I’ve included in my daily summer diet.
1 BLACKBERRIES
In this time of the year, you can find blackberries very easily. Especially dark-purplish blackberries are very good and healthy. Here are some health benefits of this fruit
2 PEARS
Pears also are fruits of the season and I eat almost every day, at least I try to do so…Here are some interesting health benefits that will convince you to include this fruit in your daily diet
3 BLACK PLUMS
What are Plums?
They are juicy and delicious fruits that belong to the genus Prunus of the Rosaceae family. Plum extracts are valuable for treating obesity and other complications associated with obesity. Plums exert anti-hyperglycemic effects and help in combating diabetes. Regular consumption of plums helps in reducing anxiety. Studies have provided supporting evidence regarding the anxiolytic effects and antioxidant properties of chlorogenic acids present in plums, which help in curing anxiety-related behaviors and damage caused by oxidative stress.
4 GRAPES
The many health benefits of grapes make them an excellent choice for a more satisfying, healthier diet. Grapes are recommended for people with high blood pressure to negate the effects of sodium on the body. Seedless green grapes contain around 175 milligrams of potassium per cup, red grapes have nearly 290 milligrams, and black grapes have 200 milligrams. Research suggests that regular grape consumption may play a role in eye health by protecting the retina from deterioration. Specifically, a grape-enriched diet resulted in a protective effect on retinal structure and function. 5 WATERMELON
I almost forgot to mention watermelon is one of my favorites and definit6ly this fruit should be consumed by all. Watermelon is also rich in anti-inflammatory properties, so eat up. Well today in my diet is included fruit such as peach & watermelon and different vegetables too like:Tomatos,Green pepper,red pepper, cucumber,eggplant.

I love me some blackberries! I donβt actually like the taste of most fruits, but I eat them for all the micro nutrients.
