Hello, my dears I’m back after a long but a long time…The reason why I don’t give up blogging is cause it is one of my biggest passions and today the topic going to be how to stay healthy during quarantine days. I know that we are going through hard times and everybody isn’t used to the idea of staying only inside the house and not doing their daily routine like they used too. But life is like this and we’ve to stay positive during these situations and taking care of our selves. And as a person that likes to live a healthy life I hope I will be able to help with some pieces of information to stay fit like we want too. Here are some of them friends and all who are reading this don’t forget to eat breakfast if you want to start your day good make sure to eat it. To be honest I will suggest what I actually eat.

1Β  Boiled eggs I don’t know about you but I’m in a process that I’m trying to gain weight and eggs are a very good source of protein

2 PEANUT BUTTER and 1 whole slice of bread if you want you can put a banana or some honey on it and that is you’ve eaten a healthy breakfast full of nutritional values.

Another thing that you should do is to exercise if you want to stay fit during these times. Find on youtube diffrent video ideas and trust me those exercises will help you to build muscles in your body not fat. It won’t cost you anything if you take 20 30 min time to do this at your home I know it is difficult in the beginning but trust me you can make it if you want to see real results. Another thing that you should do is to take care of your thoughts stay as much possible as you can if you feel sad or not good do things that make you happy for example read a book that you like, meditate, take a shower, practice gratitude, Drink water, write every day something that you’re thankful of. And the most important is to pray to God. Your mind will always believe what you tell it. Feed it with faith. Feed it with truth. Feed it with love…
