The unspoken truth..

Hello, guys, I’m back today post gonna be a bit different I need y’all opinion for what I should keep writing on my blog?Healthy Lifestyle or another topic that I’ve in my mind?Lately, I’m thinking to write about girls problems all around the world.I’ve read several blogs and all have interesting topics but no one talks about the real problems of this world.Maybe some people might say hello in 2018 is not possible that this can be true. But yes my dear friends out there are millions of girls that cannot even go to school because of poverty and mentality. I know some might say oh but school is boring. Yes, might be boring for you but for some others to go to school is a dream. Nowadays people care about themselves more, not about others but I’ve decided to speak up for all the girls that don’t have the chance to do so. And why not in future we all can do something that this situation can change. Do you all know that in 2018 girls from a poor family or sick mentality have no right to go to school?Do you know millions of girls all around the world have no chance to have a phone? They have absolutely no information about what’s going on in the world like we do. That’s why after some time they get married at a very young age because parents want or because like this mentality works. Especially in my country, there are a lot of girls that cant speak up about themselves. Today my best friend come to visit me and I asked her.” Marina do you think I should dedicate my blog to girls education? And maybe later who knows we can help them.” She answered:-” To be honest, klaudja I think its impossible what you say. There are no girls in 2018 that don’t go at school.”-Her answer disappointed me little 😕because she thinks that cases like this don’t exist. Cases like this exist but society doesn’t like to speak about this topic. I don’t feel to write for a healthy lifestyle, healthy food when out there are girls that have no idea how to use phone or girls that are afraid to talk about their dreams…8b004f851aa998df375b66c1c7c6f7fc

Blogging Issues

Hello, dear bloggers, I’m back.Today’s topic gonna be about something that made me worried lately. So much people that started blogging same time as I, now are thinking to give up.And I can see this when they post on their social media such as Twitter.Obviously, I’m asking myself why is happening this? I’m trying to find a reason and I think I’ve found out some reasons..why new bloggers and old ones, are thinking to leave blogging. One of the reasons might be that they are taking so much seriously blogging, and are constantly worrying about traffick followers, comments. When people see that their blog isn’t getting any traffic they give up thinking blogging is not about them.Sorry to say but its completely wrong dear friends. You need to find the balance…80e8812cb48e2910ef5352ccbfcec187

Is not necessary to post every time just do it when you feeling so.This I did and I do. I post only when I’ve inner peace…When I feel not worried and nothing.Because when you’re happy with yourself, this positivity you give to others through your writing. My only advice to all bloggers out there that are thinking to give up DONT DO IT.Are you a loser?Only losers give up.People who love success never give up. They fight until they reach what they want, sooner or later if you have the courage to succeed you will. No negative thoughts and nothing can stop you. Magic happens when you don’t give up, even though you want to.The universe always falls in love with a stubborn heart.I hope my experience can help someone out there especially new bloggers, that really need motivation.I’m happy that sometimes I do posts like this.To be honest, I didn’t plan to post about this topic, my main topic is a healthy lifestyle but I cant stay without telling what makes me worry. And I think when we share our problems with others is easier to understand whats going wrong for me, you, or everyone. And how we can fix it…

Hello hello, everyone.I hope y’all had a great time.Today’s topic it is sweet potato. The sweet potato was domesticated more than 5,000 years ago. It is one of the oldest vegetables known to mankind.Scientists believe that sweet potato was domesticated thousands of years ago in Central America. After his first voyage to the Americas in 1492, Christopher Columbus took sweet potatoes back home to Europe. The crop was introduced into China in the late 16th century and spread through Asia, Africa, and Latin America during the 17th and 18th centuries. It’s hardy, has broad adaptability, and its planting material can be multiplied quickly by very few roots. It is now grown in more developing countries than any other root crop. Here are some health benefits of sweet potato once u read then you’ll be more convinced to include this vegetable in your daily diet.sweet potatoes.jpg.653x0_q80_crop-smart

Vitamin A: Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, which is transformed into vitamin A in the body. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A can be achieved with only 100 grams of sweet potatoes.

2.  They are high in vitamin B6.

Vitamin B6 helps reduce the chemical homocysteine in our bodies. Homocysteine has been linked to degenerative diseases, including heart attacks.

3. They are a good source of vitamin C.

While most people know that vitamin C is important to help ward off cold and flu viruses, few people are aware that this crucial vitamin plays an important role in bone and tooth formation, digestion, and blood cell formation. It helps accelerate wound healing, produces collagen which helps maintain skin’s youthful elasticity, and is essential to helping us cope with stress. It even appears to help protect our body against toxins that may be linked to cancer.d00c441f3fb79e0cfbc8913c0114e4b4

4.  They are a good source of vitamin D, which helps build healthy bones.

Vitamin D is critical for immune system and overall health at this time of year.  Both a vitamin and a hormone, vitamin D is primarily made in our bodies as a result of getting adequate sunlight. You may have heard about the seasonal affective disorder (or SAD, as it is also called), which is linked to inadequate sunlight and therefore a vitamin D deficiency.

Vitamin D plays an important role in our energy levels, moods, and helps to build healthy bones, heart, nerves, skin, and teeth, and it supports the thyroid gland.

5.  Sweet potatoes contain iron and support a healthy immune system.

Most people are aware that we need the mineral iron to have adequate energy, but iron plays other important roles in our body, including red and white blood cell production, resistance to stress, proper immune functioning, and the metabolizing of protein, among other things.

6.  Sweet potatoes are a good source of magnesiumwhich is the relaxation and anti-stress mineral

Magnesium is necessary for healthy artery, blood, bone, heart, muscle, and nerve function, yet experts estimate that approximately 80 percent of the population in North America may be deficient in this important mineral. Now time to show a very easy and healthy recipe.

Extra Crispy Sweet Potato Wedges

Thick and crispy oven baked sweet potato wedges! A delicious snack or side.

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled (or unpeeled, if you like skin) and cut into wedges
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F). Line a large baking sheet with tinfoil (shiny side up); place baking rack onto a prepared baking sheet; set aside.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes (if preferred) and cut off the pointy ends. Slice the sweet potatoes in half (lengthwise), then cut each piece into wedges.
  3. Place the sweet potato wedges in a large bowl, then add the olive oil, salt, sugar, seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well, making sure each wedge is coated with oil and spices.
  4. Arrange the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn on the broiler and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until they’re well browned and crispy. Keep an eye here – it’s easy to burn when the broiler is on!

What I learned from blogging (:

Hello, it’s been 1 month since my last blog post.I distanced myself from this platform but now I’m ready to come back. Before I start I want to thank y’all from the bottom of my heart 🙏🙏for 2k+ followers. I created my blog before 3 months ago & I appreciate that u Guy’s follow also comment my blog posts. I’ll do the same.
Problem is not everyone has the time to read all blog posts but it’s one solution. In your free time when u have nothing to do u can take a look at other people blog posts. From all this time that I’ve been blogging I’ve understood some important things here are some of them:👇👇👇

1) Don’t stress over things that you cant control.Just show what you can do with passion and I guarantee that you’ll take results that you want from your blog.quotations-inspire

2) For my opinion post 3 times in month not anymore otherwise you’ll be in a panic and wanting to do more and more..😓 posts but will result that you’ll give up from your blog because your brain will be tired.😴I’m talking from my personal experience too.I used to post once in 2 days and creating the posts I needed around 3 -4 hours. But where is the problem here someone might ask?Problem is; You, I and everyone else has a real life to live and posting like I did was so wrong I distanced myself from friends, family etc and my thoughts were only to create good content and that ppl will like. I was always only in my room and laptop.I won nothing I just reached my lowest point that’s why I decided to take a break and to post when I feel to do so.

3) Don’t care for likes and comments on your posts. I say this, especially for new bloggers. You don’t have to rush anything just have patience and keep up the good work its simple as that.

4 )Follow others, comment their posts show that u are interested to read their work and in this way, you’ll build relationships with other bloggers and they might support you.

5)Some might start blogging to earn money but is not simple as everyone thinks. If u start your blog with idea that u can earn money from it, my friend better leave blogging cause will result a total failure. People have years blogging that’s why they earn don’t pretend to earn money immediately…Just don’t ✋✊14488_10201072754413840_252706139_n

6 Another thing that learned is how bloggers “with experience” treat new bloggers. Some of them just ignore u so good & better don’t be bothered to ask kinda selfish humans. Not all are selfish 😺but all bloggers that I asked for help ignored me.😿I decided to  do this post especially for new bloggers everyone deserves to be helped so let’s all support each other. No one is superior just because he/she has more views doesn’t mean it’s better than you.✌💞We all are equal.I’ve to say something else too I almost forgot to say.If you’re non-English speaker blogger like me, don’t feel embarrassed for your mistakes. No one is perfect.I don’t know 100% English but this fact doesn’t stop me to continue blogging. Dare to fail it’s OK..forgive yourself & try again..If someone corrects u in your posts don’t feel offended just be grateful to that person & correct your mistakes & day by day you’ll be greater☺☺Blogging is not easy as some people think it is.It needs time, patience, courage, self-confidence…Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.I hope this post will be helpful for some of u Guy’s 💘

Grateful for where I’m at,exited about where I’m going…

Hi everyone!!🙋I hope u guys are doing great.😌 I thought to write a different blog post I feel to do so. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t include only healthy eating also includes how healthy are your thoughts and how in peace you’re with yourself. I left for 1-month social media I took a little break to reflect and to find the peace that I was looking for. And I think I found it. Blogging is not as simple as some ppl think. To be a blogger means to be a very patient, success not gonna come within one day and for my opinion take it easy…don’t stress for views or comments etc on your blog. If you’re at peace with yourself you express this to others too. Sometimes is good to take a little break from social media and that time that u spend it there try to compensate in nature taking a fresh breath or meditating just try to forget everything for a moment and say to yourself “I GOT THIS, EVERYTHING GONNA BE OK.”4d964e45da9df1366ac0cc60953dcb9b

🙌 Before some months I isolate myself I didn’t meet my friends, my cousins etc. The only thing that I wanted was to stay in my room spending time on twitter and writing blog posts. Forgetting about that a beautiful life was waiting for me. Depression and anxiety were eating me I reached my lowest point 19 years old girl 45kg.My mom especially was so worried about me. Only thoughts in my mind were that my life was meaningless and I was useless. Then my parents went outside of the country for some days and I had to take care of siblings. That was the moment when I decided no more.. no more letting myself down for no reason in this world. I DESERVE THE WORLD SO I’M GONNA GIVE IT TO MYSELF. Do I win something stressing over the things that I cant control? That’s why I didn’t write blog posts for sometimes. What’s the point to write for a healthy lifestyle when you’re not feeling okay…So I decided to do thing’s that makes me feel good one of them is to take pictures of nature it makes me feel so relaxed & makes me forget everything. Especially sound of water it’s so healing it’s like therapy for me.

Why I’m saying all this?? What’s the point? The point is to focus on yourself first, love yourself, do thing’s that make you happy go outside there & enjoy life…Life is to Short to waste time being sad, over thinking & thinking for future.Why should u think for future?? Enjoy now one of my biggest mistakes was thinking for future I forget that I had a present to live.From last 5 years, I’ve learned a very big lesson.”Never judge people ” You don’t know what someone is going through just be kind.Don’t be impressed by money, followers, comments, degrees, and titles.Be impressed by kindness, integrity, humility, and generosity. My first blog for this year.Well, I want to wish everyone Happy New Year and I hope this year will be good for all.To be honest, lately, I’ve eaten a lot of food because of festive season so now I need to come back to my healthy lifestyle routine.In this blog post, I’ll like to talk about this wonderful fruit called kiwi.Its one of my favorite and now in this season you can find very easily.But some might ask;

What Is Kiwi?

Kiwifruit is a delicious berry of a woody, twining vine and is popularly known by its shortened version as ‘kiwi’. It is native to China and is referred to as the country’s national fruit. Originally known as ‘Yang Tao’, kiwi is an oval-shaped, dull brown colored fruit with a fuzzy texture. The inside pulp is a vivid, semi-translucent, bright green flesh with a radiant pattern of lighter-colored spikes, freckled with a few tiny, edible black seeds. Kiwifruit has a unique and invigorating flavor with a soft and creamy texture. The Actinidia genus which includes kiwi comprises about 60 species. Globally, the most commonly consumed varieties are the ‘fuzzy’ and ‘golden’.

Nutritional Value Of Kiwi Fruit

The small kiwi fruit stores a treasure of nutritional surprises. It is an excellent source of vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Other vitamins including vitamin A, folate, vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), and vitamin K (phylloquinone) are also present in good amounts. The mineral wealth of kiwi includes a tremendous quantity of potassium along with other minerals such as calciummagnesium, and phosphorous. All these vital nutrients in the fruit come with an added bonus of dietary fiber.

Health Benefits Of Kiwi

Improves Heart Health

As mentioned, kiwifruit is rich in protective polyphenols along with vitamin C, vitamin E, and potassium which are effective in the maintenance of cardiovascular health. An investigative study has revealed that this fruit exerts inhibitory activities which aid in the reduction of triglycerides in the blood. According to the study, consumption of a couple of kiwis on a daily basis helps in reducing the platelet aggression response or the risk of blood clotting. This fibrinolytic effect of the fruit on your blood vessels prevents the risk of thromboembolic and cardiac disorders like atherosclerosis.

Induces Better Sleep

It is a source of serotonin which helps to promote better sleep. An investigative study conducted in this regard has shown that consumption of kiwi helps in improving the sleep quality. It may also help in improving the sleep onset and reducing waking time after the onset, hence providing relief from any sleep disturbances. This fruit contains flavonoids such as naringenin, quercetin, rutin, catechin, epicatechin, which modulate the sleep-inducing receptors and are considered an effectual plant-based sedative agent. Attributing to this, the peel of kiwi is a potent ingredient for the development of natural sleeping aids.

Kiwifruit helps to maintain healthy and smooth skin attributing to its significant contribution in the process of collagen synthesis. It contains vitamin C, which helps to keep the skin firm and expedite healing of cuts and abrasions. Vitamin E in kiwi assists in reducing the fine lines and appearance of wrinkles. It also helps in reducing the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation on the skin, while the antioxidants present in this fruit work as a perfect anti-aging agent and prevent the skin from early degeneration, and keep it rejuvenated.

Prevents Cancer

Kiwifruit has been traditionally trusted in the Chinese folk medicine for its effectiveness in healing various types of cancers such as liver cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, and lung cancer. Extracts of the kiwifruit inhibit the proliferation of cancerous cells and protect endogenous DNA damage. The fruit works against cancer by being cytotoxic to malignant cancer cells without affecting the normal, healthy cells. The plethora of antioxidants, carotenoids, vitamins along with fiber contributes beneficially to the effectiveness of kiwi in the prevention or healing of cancers. Catechin, a phytochemical present in kiwi helps in reducing the toxicity of anti-cancer agents by stimulating the bone marrow proliferation.

HELLOOOO🙋🙋 finally I’m back😌 today we’ll talk about Avocado,🍈 some might ask What Is Avocado?

Avocado has a high fatty acid content but contains extremely low levels of cholesterol. Many people tend to stop eating avocado due to its high-calorie content, thinking that it may add to their weight. However, a number of calories are very small when compared to butter, and other high-calorie dietary items. Also, much of the fat content comes from unique sources, like phytosterols, which are beneficial for a number of reasons. This article discusses the various health benefits of avocado and its nutritional content, but first, let’s learn a bit more about this valuable and beneficial fruit.

Avocados are also known as Alligator Pears, which is mainly due to its shape and the leathery appearance of its skin. It is a fruit that is grown on Persea Americana, which is an evergreen tree from the Lauraceae family. Although it doesn’t resemble these relatives, avocados are closely related to cinnamon and bay laurel. It is usually tall and can grow up to a height of 65 feet. The approximate weight of avocados is between eight ounces and three pounds, depending on the variety of avocado. It is harvested early and then allowed to ripen gradually when it is sold commercially. This is why avocados are called climacteric fruits, which only ripen after harvesting, just like bananas.

Avocados are available in many varieties, but the most popular of all is the creamy Hass variety. Avocado trees grow well in tropical, sub-tropical and equatorial areas, but like so many other fruits, the cultivation of avocados is the easiest in the Mediterranean climate. That being said, avocados originated in the state of Puebla, Mexico, where evidence in caves dates back to at least 10,000 B.C. Ancient Central American and South American cultures were known to use avocados that had grown wild, but it is unclear if cultivation began until the last few thousand years.

health benefits of avocados are:

Aids in Digestion

It is believed that avocados are soothing for the intestine and therefore aid in digestion. They contain soluble and insoluble fibers that help to keep the digestive system running smoothly. These two types of fiber are very important for digestion because they bulk up stools and help to ensure the smooth passage of food through the intestinal tract. Furthermore, they stimulate gastric and digestive juices so nutrients are absorbed in the most efficient and rapid way. Finally, they reduce the symptoms from conditions like constipation and diarrhea. All in all, the huge amount of fiber found in avocados (40% of daily requirement per serving) makes this a very important food for optimizing your digestive health.

Dental Care

Consumption of avocados also helps in preventing bad breath, which is primarily caused due to indigestion or an upset stomach. Halitosis can be eliminated by improving digestive health, and the antibacterial and antioxidant flavonoids found in avocados also kill the bacteria in your mouth that can result in bad breath as well. Avocados have also been connected with preventing oral cancers!

Improves Vision

Avocados help to keep your eyes healthy. They contain carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin, which help to protect your eyes against cataracts, eye diseases related to age, and macular degeneration. Those conditions are often caused by free radicals that accumulate in the tissues of the eyes. The antioxidant activity of those special carotenoids neutralize the effects of those dangerous free radicals.Time to show a very easy recipe and special too.

Hi everyone!🙋Well, a lot of things are happening last days. One of them is trouble with my blog. But thanks, God I solved this. Yesterday I stayed 4 hours preparing my blog post. When I was editing & I thought to send to my friend and I copied. After that, blog post disappeared. To be honest I was sad, cause I put so much effort in that blog post & I deleted accidentally. Then another trouble my😖 blog was not secure so I changed browser. These days I’ve been so stressed & with a lot of things to do. My parents are not in-house for some days so I’ve to take care of my siblings. This is not easy. But I’m managing very good. I feel very good that parents trust me so much that’s why I don’t want to disappoint them. So as I am the only one who can cook in the house I try different recipes. Some I realize very good & others no.😂Christmas & new year are coming so a lot of preparation. But today I wanna talk for orange. Lately, I love to consume this fruit more than others. Here in Albania, everyone has in their garden at least 1 orange tree.

Here are some health benefits of orange:

1. Oranges contain phytochemicals that protect against cancer.
Oranges are rich in citrus limonoids, proven to help fight a number of varieties of cancer including that of the skin, lung, breast, stomach, and colon.

2. Orange juice can help prevent kidney diseases.
Drinking orange juice regularly prevents kidney diseases and reduces the risk of kidney stones.

Note: drink juice in moderate amounts. The high sugar content of fruit juices can cause tooth decay and the high acid content can wear away enamel if consumed in excess.

3. Mandarin oranges fight liver cancer, according to studies.
According to two studies in Japan eating mandarin oranges reduces liver cancer. This may be due in part to vitamin A compounds known as carotenoids.

4. Oranges lower cholesterol.
Since they’re full of soluble fiber, oranges are helpful in lowering cholesterol.

5. They are rich in potassium and boost heart health.
Oranges are full of potassium, an electrolyte mineral responsible for helping the heart function well. When potassium levels get too low, you may develop an abnormal heart rhythm, known as an arrhythmia.

6. They lower the risk of diseases.
Oranges are full of vitamin C, which protects cells by neutralizing free radicals. Free radicals cause chronic diseases, like cancer and heart disease.

While the orange fruit and flower serve the tree’s individual purpose of reproduction, they also provide nourishment to animals, including pollinating insects, and aesthetic, sensual, and nutritional values for human beings. Orange blossoms have been used in weddings and the orange oil has been used in the flavoring of food and drink and in adding fragrance to such products as a perfume, wood conditioners, and cleaning agents.

In ancient Egypt, artists used an orange mineral pigment called realgar for tomb paintings, as well as other uses.

It was also used later by Medieval artists for the coloring of manuscripts. Pigments were also made in ancient times from a mineral known as orpiment. Orpiment was an important item of trade in the Roman Empire and was used as a medicine in China although it contains arsenic and is highly toxic. It was also used as a fly poison and to poison arrows. Because of its yellow-orange colour, it was also a favorite with alchemists searching for a way to make gold, in both China and the West. Before the late 15th century, the color orange existed in Europe, but without the name; it was simply called yellow-red. Portuguese merchants brought the first orange trees to Europe from Asia in the late 15th and early 16th century. Here is a healthy recipe to prepare.
